This notice explains how KM Medical Aesthetics (“we”, “us”), run by Kerry Miller at 18 Belmont Grove, Rawdon, Leeds LS19 6AL, uses the personal information you give us when you book an appointment.
What we collect
When you request a booking we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if you give it), the treatment and time you choose, whether you have visited before, and any notes you add.
Please don’t include detailed medical information in the booking notes. Your medical history is taken privately at your consultation.
Why we use it
We use your details to arrange, confirm and manage your appointment, and to contact you about it. The lawful basis is that this is needed to take steps at your request before providing a treatment, and to provide it.
We won’t send you marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
Who can see it
Only Kerry can see your booking details. Bookings are stored securely with our website host, Cloudflare, which processes data on our behalf. We never sell your information.
How long we keep it
Booking requests that don’t go ahead are deleted within 12 months. Records of treatments you receive are kept for as long as required for clinical and insurance purposes.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do this, call or text Kerry on 07967 953712.
If you’re unhappy with how your information has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. The map on the contact section is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads.
